$80,000 - $120,000 Base Salary + Benefits + Relocation Assistance Available
About the Opportunity
A well-established commercial roofing contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial roofing projects from kickoff through completion. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing teams, schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
What You'll Do
- Manage commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, materials, and subcontractors
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, field teams, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and address project challenges proactively
- Review project financials, change orders, and production performance
- Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of commercial roofing project management experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation methods
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
- Construction Management or related degree
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
