Job Description –FircoSoft Developer
Hire Type – Contract (C2C)
Buy Rate - $80/hr
Experience: 6–12 Years
Domain: Banking / Financial Crime Compliance / AML & Sanctions Screening
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and support FircoSoft Trust, Continuity, and screening solutions for AML, sanctions, and name screening initiatives.
- Implement and maintain FircoSoft configurations, formats, profiles, rules, and workflows .
- Develop and optimize SQL/PLSQL code, database objects, and shell scripts supporting FircoSoft applications.
- Analyze and tune screening alerts, false positives, and matching rules to improve screening effectiveness.
- Integrate customer, transaction, and watchlist data feeds with FircoSoft screening platforms.
- Support production releases, deployments, incident resolution, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Business, and Technology teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Prepare technical design documents, test cases, and deployment documentation.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with FircoSoft Trust, Continuity, or related FircoSoft products . Fircosoft version v6.12.x and later
- Strong experience in SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers, and Shell Scripting .
- Experience with sanctions screening, watchlist screening, AML/KYC, PEP, adverse media, and World-Check integrations .
- Good understanding of FircoSoft alert tuning, configuration management, and screening workflows .
- Experience with Unix/Linux environments and deployment tools such as Git and Jenkins.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Exposure to AWS, Hadoop, Databricks, Impala, or PostgreSQL .
- Experience working with global banking clients and compliance transformation programs.
