Job Description We are seeking aDirector,SocialMediato build and lead our global social strategy acrossowned socialchannels. This role willbe part of the Brand Marketing team andpartner closely with Creative, Performance Marketing, and Merchandising teams to architect best-in-class social executions that are on brand, on trend, and culturally relevant.You'llbring strategic vision, operational excellence, and a deep understanding of both storytelling and performance to ensure Vuori's social ecosystem drives brand love, engagement, and measurable business growth. Whatyou'llget todo: Strategic Leadership & Vision Define and own Vuori's global social media strategy across organic and paid channels. Establish the strategic framework for how social ladders up to overall brand, campaign, and businessobjectives. Partner with Brand, Creative, and Performance teams to build an integrated organic-and-paid ecosystem that maximizes reach, engagement, and efficiency. Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithms, and cultural moments to ensure Vuori's presenceremainsrelevant and impactful. Develop clear KPIs (reach, engagement, growth, ROI) and align analytics and insights tooptimizecontent and spend. Partner with the Creative team to develop social-first, culturally compelling content across video, short-form, static, and emerging formats. Ensure all social creative aligns with Vuori's aesthetic, tone, and purpose, while embracing platform-native storytelling. Guide cross-functional campaign planning - from concept through posting - ensuring timing, tone, and creative integration across channels. Lead social boosting and post amplification strategies in partnership with the Paid Media team to extendreachand engagement of organic content. Champion experimentation and innovation across platforms and formats, backed by data-driven testing and iteration. Paid Social & Performance Partnership Partner closely with the Performance Marketing team to connect brand storytelling with performance goals. Develop frameworks for boosted content, paid social amplification, and always-on brand campaigns that enhance reach and conversion. Inform targeting strategies, creative testing, and budget allocation to ensure paid efforts are efficient andbrand-aligned. Translate insights from paid performance back into creative and content development to improve future output. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing social team of strategists, producers, and platform experts. Establish scalable processes for planning, publishing, and reporting across regions and platforms. Foster strong collaboration with Creative, Brand, Performance Marketing, PR, and Retail teams. Manage relationships with social platforms, agencies, and tools/vendors to ensure Vuori is at the forefront of innovation. Build internal education and alignment around social best practices and evolving platform capabilities. Analytics & Reporting Partner with Analytics to track performance across paid and organic efforts. Deliver actionable insights and executive-level reporting that connects social activity to brand and business outcomes. Continuously refinestrategybased on learnings and emerging platform opportunities. Qualifications Who you are: 10+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing,and/or content strategy - including6+ years leading teams. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Provensuccess indeveloping and scaling global social strategies for consumer or lifestyle brands. Deep understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Meta, LinkedIn, X) and their evolving ad and creator ecosystems. Strong creative judgment - able to evaluate content for brand fit, cultural resonance, and performance potential. Fluency in social metrics, analytics, and attribution. Comfortable blending qualitative and quantitative insights. Experienced collaborating with paid media teams andleveragingpaid strategies (boosting, audience targeting, retargeting, A/B testing) to amplify brand storytelling. Excellent communicator and cross-functional partner, with the ability to influence and inspire creative and analytical teams alike. Highly organized and resourceful, thriving in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment. Passionate about Vuori's mission and aesthetic - living an active, mindful lifestyle and staying connected to culture and creativity. Experience managing multi-market or global social operations. Proven success integrating organic and paid social strategies. Experience managing agency partners and social budgets. Willingness to travel occasionally for shoots, events, and brand activations.
