Our multidisciplinary teams of engineers and scientists work in a collaborative environment that inspires the cross-fertilization of ideas necessary for true innovation.Job DescriptionThe Program Finance Analyst 2 collaborates with our internal and external customers as the business partner of choice to ensure they have the financial acumen, accuracy, and dedicated support to execute significant contracts in support of national defense.Duties/Responsibilities:Provides timely and accurate metrics on schedule and cost performance utilizing Earned Value or related processesSupports all baseline development activities and development of charge numbers and WBS as applicableProvides updates/changes as required, for programs with and without Earned Value requirements, in applicable tools (ERP or Cobra)Provides analysis and reports on the performance variances to budget and assist with recovery plans as neededAnalyzes and reports risks & Opportunities to the baseline cost, schedule, and the EACEnsures timely maintenance of the Project-Activity Structure (Charge Numbers)Provides timely completion of the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process, processing time-phased estimate to complete updates, and EAC package support for Program Financial Planning and ReportingDevelops and Monitors the program level time-phased plan to support an overall program level view of revenue for forecast, budget, and 5-year planning processesProvides the financial data inputs, analysis, and applicable variance narrative for Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)Provides timely invoicing and collection of customer receivablesReviews and communicates the status of program financials, including the status on funding, and disposition of funding that is subject to cancellationPerforms other duties as assignedSkills/Abilities:Able to use EVMS principles in daily operations with proven expertiseKnowledge of program financial controls with DoD programsKnowledge of relevant federal acquisition regulations and standards such as CAS/FAR/DFARSKnowledge of different contract types (FFP, FPIF, CPFF, CPIF, T&M)Knowledge of relevant accounting subject matters, including revenue recognitionAbility to present complex information to all levels of managementExcellent verbal and written communicationProficient with Microsoft software applicationsStrong Excel skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilityAbility to multi-task and is detail orientedAbility to ensure tasks are completed on time and accurateSelf-starter that is capable of working independentlyEducation: Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline, Master's Degree preferredExperience: 3-5 years of related experienceApplicants selected for this position may be required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.Job Location - City: CambridgeJob Location - State: MassachusettsJob Location - Postal Code: 02139-3563The US base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000.00 - $156,000.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Union ranges will be in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement's approved rates by location and role.
