Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Proven aptitude for preventive maintenance or industrial maintenance roles.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance software and CMMS.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Education/Experience/Certifications/Licenses

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or vocational training or a related field preferred

Typical Physical and Mental Demands/Work Environment Work is primarily performed in a manufacturing facility. May involve working under deadlines. Requires: broad range of physical and mental activities to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position:

Typical tools, equipment and machinery utilized include saws (table, panel and radial arm), routers, grinder, manual and power hand tools, micrometers, tape measures, scales, air hoses, calculator, computer, overhead vacuum lift, computers and accessories, applicable computer programs and software, printers and copiers, telecommunication equipment, and general office supplies.
