Registered Nurse, ER Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted) Certifications: ACLS(Copy needed)

BLS(Copy needed)

PALS(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required EKG TEST REQUIRED

Preferred Qualifications

1. Epic experience 2. ENPC and TNCC preferred
