Registered Nurse (RN)

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, assess and evaluate patient needs, revise care plans based on condition changes, and offer clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs. Deliver services aimed at promoting patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in compliance with laws and standards. Implement department policies, goals, and procedures, and exhibit excellent customer service with a positive attitude. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing Active RN license in good standing Preferably one year of skilled nursing experience CPR certification (must be current) Strong communication, reasoning, and judgment skills Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team This role involves ongoing assessment, care plan adjustments, and collaboration with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient outcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
