We're looking for dependable, hardworking team members who take pride in keeping things clean and running smoothly behind the scenes. Position Summary: The Dishwasher / Steward is an essential member of our back‑of‑house team. You’ll be responsible for keeping our kitchen clean, organized, and operating efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to be part of a tight‑knit, supportive team. Dishwasher Responsibilities: Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils quickly and efficiently Clean kitchen equipment such as coffee makers, mixers, and prep tools Sweep and mop all kitchen and back‑of‑house floors regularly, especially after spills or breakage Clean and restock kitchen stations for the next shift Clean and maintain employee and guest restrooms throughout shift Take out trash, replace liners, and rinse garbage cans Unload and properly store food and supply deliveries Assist with general cleaning duties as needed, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning storage areas, etc. Support other kitchen staff as directed Report any accidents, hazards, or violations of food safety standards to management #J-18808-Ljbffr Lost Boy & Company
