Infrastructure Engineer
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will:
- Define requirements, design, build, and test data center technology components.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate with and manage the team, and contribute to critical team decisions.
- Provide solutions to cross-team problems and influence key decisions.
- Manage and support:
- Nasuni NAS, Isilon NAS, NetApp NAS systems, including subscription management, licensing, replication, and capacity planning.
- Rubrik data protection systems for incidents, requests, and changes.
- Windows and Linux OS administration and Dell PowerEdge servers for compute operations.
- VMware vCenter, VMware ESXi Hypervisor, Nutanix Acropolis, Citrix NetScaler, XenApp, and IIS to ensure high availability and performance for web applications.

- Data Center Operations
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- AWS
- Azure
Required Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- Advanced proficiency in IT Infrastructure Operations.
- Intermediate proficiency in Infrastructure Design.
- Advanced experience in Data Center Orchestration & Provisioning.
Location Requirements:
- Hybrid position, requiring local presence in Chicago, Accenture Tower, Corp.
