• Patient: 2-year-old pediatric client
• Care needs: Trach care and temporary G-tube care

Available shifts:

• Day shift: 12-hour shifts
• Overnight: 12-hour shifts
• Flexible per diem scheduling

Requirements:

• Active Connecticut RN license
• New York applicants must hold active RN licenses in both New York and Connecticut
• Minimum of 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with pediatric trach and G-tube care
• Current BLS certification
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Physical exam within the past year
• PPD/QuantiFERON within the past year or chest X-ray within the past five years
