Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour*
What you'll be doing as an Events Set Up / Tear Down Worker: - Setup requires preparing event spaces such as arranging chairs and equipment to specific layouts.
- Applying seat covers to all chairs.
- Transporting items between storage areas and event spaces
- Maintaining cleanliness during setup
- Adjusting layouts as requested by coordinators or clients
- Monitoring safety (keeping exits clear, proper lifting techniques)
- Teardown after events (breaking down setups, packing equipment, resetting space)
Available shifts: Shift Timings: 2nd Shift (Evening), 3rd Shift (Night), Weekends
Job requirements: - Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
- Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong attention to detail when setting layouts
- Ability to lift and carry 25-50+ lbs regularly
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for long periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to take direction
- Adherence to grooming standards
