We're looking for an Electrical Digital Delivery Technologist in Portland, Oregon who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. Join us and you’ll have the chance to work on projects including semiconductor manufacturing facilities, and other state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing and research facilities. You’ll thrive as you perform design of telecommunications systems for our client’s advanced facilities. This position will provide lead opportunities for delivery of complex packages, developing project delivery tools in coordination with engineers and design leads that form the core of our electrical delivery team. You will interface directly with our design teams to understand our workflow and seek opportunities to improve our efficiency and quality of our design. Utilizing AutoCAD and Revit MEP, our teams create 3D models in coordination with architects and engineers. You may be using tools such as Palantir, CoPilot, ChatGPT, SPA Frameworks, WebAssembly or other development tools to augment our design platforms. Requirements Four‑year technical degree or two‑year non‑technical degree. BICSI (Building Industry Consulting Services International) RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer) credential. Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) certification. 15+ years of experience in A/E project delivery with hands‑on design across multiple technologies. Ten‑years of relevant experience in telecommunications design and construction industry. Knowledge & application of NFPA 70 (NEC) and electrical design requirements. Knowledge & application of telecommunications industry standards. Knowledge of Project Delivery. Knowledge of design and construction specifications. Experience in estimating application development time. Foundational understanding of common programming languages and scripting environments such as Python, C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, PowerShell, or Bash – sufficient to read, modify, debug, and extend code with the aid of modern development tools and references. Familiarity with the Revit API and BIM workflows. Experience with modern AI‑assisted development tools and workflows. Working knowledge of version control (Git) and collaborative development practices. Strong understanding of A/E deliverables and phases SD/DD/CD, RIBA Stages, specifications (CSI format), equipment schedules, and construction administration submittal processes. Ideally, you’ll also have Project management experience. Working knowledge of 3D BIM software (Revit). 10 years of design of large scale industrial facilities (e.g. hyperscale data centers, semiconductor manufacturing facilities). Knowledge and design experience with life safety and security systems; fire alarm, access control, CCTV, electrical systems, telecom systems, wireless systems. Knowledge of control systems and network topology. Oversight of Quality Assurance and Checking program for telecommunications systems. Start‑up and Commissioning of telecommunications systems. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
