Be an Expert : Prepare food according to item specifications; plan and manage future and mass productions; adapt for seasonality; adhere to food safety, sanitation, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution. Be a Techie : Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, training, and product quality; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. Be an Owner : Drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date‑control standards; eliminate waste; provide member service by acknowledging members, understanding their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, payment types, locating merchandise, and resolving issues. Be a Talent Ambassador : Act as a brand advocate; influence and inspire others to work respectfully, supportively, and team‑oriented; identify roadblocks and assist in training. Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards; implement action plans; use the Open Door Policy; apply them across business processes. Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities; and adapt and learn from change and feedback. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Successfully complete required training and assessments within prescribed time if hired. Basic food safety knowledge; Food Service or Food Handler Certification preferred.
