Registered Nurse - MS/Tele/Wound Care

Schedule

This position requires a night shift from 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM. The schedule may vary, and no on-call duty is required. Note that blackout dates apply from December 24 to December 25.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and Wound Care setting. This role will involve managing a patient ratio of 6:1 and utilizing the MEDHOST electronic medical record system.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patients' vital signs.
• Provide wound care and manage patient assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient care and progress in electronic medical records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, or Wound Care nursing.
