Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering nursing care to our residents in accordance with state and federal regulations. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to work effectively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure our residents receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs and develop individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to physicians or other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patients' care and treatment

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and education programs
