Radiologic Technologist, CF - Central California Women's Facility (CCWF)

Radiologic Technologist Position Location: Central California Women’s Facility (CCWF), Chowchilla, Madera County. Position Type: Part‑time, 20 hours per week. Payroll: $3,260.00 to $3,797.50 monthly. Responsibilities Perform radiographic examinations, including preparing patients and taking X‑rays for various body structures. Maintain equipment, quarters, and record files. Perform inventory and manage ordering and dispensing of supplies. Update procedures manuals and coordinate maintenance services on machinery. Assist in preparation of the radiologic department’s annual budget. Instruct or supervise other radiologic technologists, clerical staff, youth offenders or inmates. Provide leadership under the direction of the chief of the medical facility. Minimum Qualifications Current valid certificate as a Certified Radiologic Technologist in diagnostic radiologic technology issued by the California State Department of Health Services. Either (I) two years of experience, including training under an accredited medical radiologist (or one year if a graduate nurse), *or* (II) successful completion of a two‑year training program approved by the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American College of Radiology.
