Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid Arizona Department of Education Standard K-12 Certification
• Current fingerprint clearance card
• Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher preferred
• Commitment to differentiated instruction and inclusive educational practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Adaptability and creativity in responding to student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to diverse student needs
• Deliver engaging, standards-based instruction in both individual and small group settings
• Utilize behavioral and academic intervention strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and data for student progress and compliance
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families to support student success
• Foster a positive, supportive classroom environment where every student feels valued
