The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in warehouse management, leadership, and process improvement, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and team development.As a Senior Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations—including inventory management, logistics, team supervision, and workflow optimization. You'll ensure that all products are received, stored, and shipped accurately, while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflowLead, train, and mentor warehouse supervisors and team membersManage inventory accuracy through audits, cycle counts, and process controlDevelop and implement operational policies to improve efficiency and reduce costsCollaborate with logistics, purchasing, and production teams to coordinate shipmentsEnsure compliance with OSHA and company safety standardsAnalyze key performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiativesRequirementsExperience – 5+ years of progressive warehouse or logistics management experience Leadership – Strong ability to lead and motivate diverse teams Knowledge – Expertise in inventory control, shipping/receiving, and supply chain coordination Technical Skills – Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Analytical Skills – Ability to use data to identify inefficiencies and optimize operations Commute – Must reside within a reasonable distance (60 minutes or less commute)At Express Employment Professionals – Brooklyn, we connect experienced leaders with top employers across New York City.
