Gastroenterology Physician

ATC Locums is seeking two Gastroenterologists to help establish and grow a new practice with a strong procedural focus. This is an exciting opportunity for a GI physician with ERCP and EUS expertise who wants meaningful procedural volume, experienced support, and the ability to contribute to the development of a growing program.

• Location: Bay City, Michigan
• Practice Setting: Hospital, GI clinic & new ambulatory endoscopy center
• Coverage: Locum tenens; ongoing opportunity
• Schedule: Flexible based on practice needs
• Call: Shared 1:3 call with Hospitalist support
• Hospital Coverage: Single-hospital practice
• EMR: Cerner
• Clinic Location: Less than mile from the hospital
• Support: Experienced, highly trained endoscopy staff focused on efficient patient flow
• Community Resources: Two colorectal surgeons available locally

This assignment offers a diverse procedural practice with an emphasis on:

• Ambulatory endoscopy
• Inpatient ERCP
• Inpatient EUS
• Ability to specialize in both ERCP and EUS is required

Physicians will have access to a new ambulatory endoscopy surgery center , providing a modern environment for outpatient procedures while maintaining access to hospital-based GI services.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
• Michigan license or license in process
• DEA required prior to start
• ERCP and EUS expertise required
