Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Oasis Mental Clinic, you will:

  • Conduct detailed, trauma-informed mental health assessments to assess clients' trauma history and devise effective treatment strategies.

  • Develop individual treatment plans that are tailored to foster trauma recovery and resilience, drawing from evidence-based methodologies.

  • Implement therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to help clients effectively process trauma and develop coping strategies.

  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at promoting healing and personal growth, ensuring an environment that encourages honest expression and connection.

  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive, integrated care tailored to each client’s unique needs.

  • Offer crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring clients are safe and received timely assistance.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Oasis Mental Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, depending on experience. We value our employees immensely and provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
