With our redesigned an upgraded service department, featuring a Climate Controlled Shop, In-ground Lifts, and 20,000 pound lifts, we have the capability to work on medium duty trucks and RV's; we can service nearly all vehicle service types. We are looking for Service Technicians to join our growing team! The right candidates will have a strong service technician background and ASE certifications. The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and diagnosing what repairs need to be done. Looking to relocate? COMPENSATION

• Flat rate hourly compensation, based on experience, training, and proficiency.
• Participation, with dealer match, in the GM Tech Excellence Bonus Program. Potential of $12,000 annually and up to 250,000 GM rewards points valued at an additional $2,500.

Job Requirements * Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies. * Inspect and test-drive vehicles to ensure vehicles run smoothly and safely. * Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications. * Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs * Communicate directly with Service Advisors and all necessary parties to ensure that customers receive exceptional service. * Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems and components. * Complete required factory and dealership training. * Install equipment as specified by the customer or company. * Assist and mentor junior technicians when needed. * Use shop supplies and materials in a practical and economic manner. * Maintain a professional and clean workspace. * Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardized the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its personnel, or customers. * High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification required. * B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair. Qualifications * 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred. * High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification required. * B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair. * Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination. * Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment. * Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies. * Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve. * Enjoy working in a dynamic environment. * Must have a strong worth ethic and be a team player. * Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively. * Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid Driver's License.
