What You’ll Be Rockin’ Daily Give every member and guest a warm, enthusiastic welcome Check members in smoothly and efficiently Sign in guests and provide quick tours and helpful info Assist with membership sign-ups and related questions Answer the phone with charm and professionalism Handle retail/concession sales with a smile Keep the front desk area fresh, clean, and looking sharp What We’re Looking For A+ customer service and communication skills Friendly, reliable, and a natural multitasker Someone who can stay cool under pressure—and still make people feel welcome.
