Refrigeration Technician

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Commercial Refrigeration Technicians to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience working with walk-in freezers, refrigerators, display cases, and ice machines.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration equipment, including walk-in freezers, refrigerators, display cases, and ice machines.
Perform regular maintenance and inspections on commercial refrigeration systems.
Install new refrigeration systems and ensure proper functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Commercial Refrigeration Technician.
Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and components.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must have a clean driving record and pass a criminal background check.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
HVAC/R certification is a plus.

Company Description

Air Tech is celebrating it's 31st anniversary this year! We service and install commercial refrigeration equipment such as walk in coolers, freezers, ice machines and display cases. We have an HVAC division and kitchen equipment division as well for service and installation. We have a large customer base that is continuously growing.
