If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, EMC Large Client Support (LCS) to join our Finance & Accounting team.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary Engagement Management contact for designated Chairman's accounts and other premier clients, providing end-to-end financial support including engagement setup, maintenance, billing, collections, reporting, and closeout activitiesPartner with client service teams, Practice Operations, and Account Management to monitor profitability, receivables, unbilled balances, expenses, and key financial metrics, identifying risks and driving corrective actionsLead financial reviews with engagement and account teams to align fees, margins, billing structures, and project financials while ensuring compliance with firm policies and client contractual requirementsAnalyze engagement data, reconcile financial discrepancies, and remediate billing and engagement management exceptions to maintain data integrity and support accurate financial reportingAct as a trusted business advisor to engagement leaders by providing financial insights, recommendations, and ad hoc reporting that support decision-making, operational efficiency, and client relationship managementServe as a subject matter expert in engagement accounting, risk management, and financial systems, supporting process improvements, system enhancements, automation initiatives, and cross-functional projects across the practiceAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum three years of recent experience in accounting, finance, business operations, or engagement management, preferably within a professional services environmentBachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in accounting, finance, business, or a related field preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED requiredAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with financial systems and SAP preferredStrong project management, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent assignments while maintaining exceptional attention to detailDemonstrated financial and business acumen, including the ability to interpret key performance indicators, analyze financial data, identify trends, and develop practical business solutionsExcellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to exercise independent judgment, collaborate effectively in a global team environment, mentor others, and consistently operate with integrity and professionalismApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
