- 3+ years of hands-on front-end loader experience
- Previous experience operating front-end loaders
- Ability to perform daily equipment inspections
- Experience loading trucks and handling aggregate materials efficiently
- Operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently
- Load trucks, feeders, hoppers, and conveyors with materials
- Perform daily equipment inspections
- Maintain proper stockpile locations and safe working areas
- Monitor material quality and prevent contamination
