What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Freebirds World Burrito is looking for a tribe that is friendly and willing to go above and beyond for our guests. People are our passion! While everyone in our organization is working towards the same goal, we are all different. What You'll Bring (Requirements):
- Ability to work at a fast pace, keep up with a high volume workload, and multitask
- Deliver crave-able food through recipe adherence and food quality standards
- Passion for providing exceptional guest service
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- The ability to demonstrate our Values daily: Teamwork, Relentlessness, Integrity, Best in Class, and Empowerment
- Must get a food handlers certification upon hire
- Nonslip shoes are mandatory to wear starting on the first day of training
- Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
- Nights and Weekend availability is Mandatory.
