Essentia Health is seeking a skilled CRNA to provide safe, patient-centered anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and procedural cases. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments, develop and implement anesthesia plans, administer regional and general anesthesia, and closely monitor patients throughout perioperative care. You will collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and nurses in a supportive, team-based environment that values compassion, innovation, and holistic care, while offering opportunities for professional growth, continuing education, and community-focused practice.
