Community Pediatric Nurse - Home-Visit Care
Family Service of Rhode Island
Family Service of RI is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver home-based nursing services for the First Connections program in Rhode Island. The RN will assess, educate, and connect families to community resources, while ensuring quality service delivery through coordination with the FC team.
The role requires RI RN licensure, a Board-approved nursing program, and at least 3 years in public health or pediatric/community-based care, including experience with young children and families.
