STARTING AT $77,000/year + Quarterly NOI Bonus
Lead the Transformation of a 360-Unit Apartment Community
The Alexander Apartments is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to lead operations at our 360-unit apartment community in Rock Hill, SC.
This is more than a traditional Property Manager role. The Alexander is undergoing significant investment and improvement initiatives, creating an exciting opportunity for a proven multifamily leader to make a lasting impact. Ownership is committed to enhancing the resident experience through ongoing community improvements, capital investments, and operational support, and we're looking for a Property Manager who is excited to help drive that vision forward.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all daily operations of a 360-unit multifamily community
Lead, mentor, and develop onsite team members
Drive occupancy, resident retention, and leasing performance
Manage resident relations and ensure a high level of customer service
Partner with maintenance leadership to maintain community standards and curb appeal
Develop and manage operating budgets while maximizing property performance
Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve NOI
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
Support ongoing renovation and capital improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of Property Manager experience in multifamily housing
South Carolina Property Manager License required or ability to obtain
Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills
Experience managing property financials, budgets, and occupancy goals
Knowledge of leasing, collections, resident retention, and Fair Housing practices
Renovation, repositioning, value-add, or lease-up experience strongly preferred
Ability to lead through change and drive operational improvements
