You're setting the tone for every guest who walks through our doors. As a Guest Service Associate at European Wax Center, you are the face of the brand. You're the first impression, the warm welcome, and the reason guests come back. You'll educate guests on our services and products, keep the front desk running smoothly, and help build a center culture that people genuinely love being part of. We're Ballast Wax, a fast-growing multi-unit EWC franchisee. Whether you're building a career in beauty and wellness or looking for a role where your energy and personality are actually valued - this is a place where showing up with a great attitude and a guest-first mindset gets noticed and rewarded. WHAT YOU'LL DO Guest ExperienceWarmly greet every guest with professionalism and genuine enthusiasmEducate guests on services, policies, and what to expect during their visitAnswer phones, manage the reservation book, and handle guest inquiriesCreate an environment guests want to return to - and tell their friends about Sales & Goal AchievementEducate every guest on EWC Wax Pass savings, products, and promotionsConfidently communicate the benefits of waxing frequency and skincare productsConsistently meet or exceed individual sales and rebooking goalsActively contribute to center-wide performance targets Team Collaboration & OperationsSupport opening and closing procedures and daily administrative tasksAccurately process transactions and manage guest profiles through POSMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and front desk areaParticipate in ongoing training and team meetings WHO YOU ARE Guests remember how you made them feel.
