Case Manager

Providing essential support to low-income families, the full-time Washington State Licensed Case Manager will manage a caseload of 15-20 families, conducting assessments, developing case plans, and coordinating services in a hybrid work environment after an initial in-person training period. Key responsibilities Interview families to assess needs and develop tailored case management plans Coordinate services and referrals with community agencies to support client goals Maintain case records and provide ongoing support through regular meetings with clients Required qualifications Two years of experience in social services or community-based organizations, preferably in housing case management Knowledge of subsidized housing resources and systems addressing family homelessness Reliable personal transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto liability insurance Proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel, and Office 365 Experience working with diverse communities, including low-income families, immigrants, and veterans
