Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain sterile field during surgical procedures
• Assist surgeons by passing instruments and supplies
• Ensure proper handling of surgical equipment and instruments
• Anticipate surgical team needs to maintain workflow efficiency
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols

Requirements:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent OR experience
• Experience in a variety of surgical cases
