Licensed Clinical Social Worker

NEPA Community Health Care is seeking an experienced LCSW to join our care team in Hallstead, PA. Providers have the option to work either four 10‑hour or five 8‑hour shifts. Salary negotiation will be based upon experience and credentials; salary range opens at $65,000 for newly licensed professionals. Help us improve access to care where it matters most.
