Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at HCA Wellness Center, your duties will include:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, leveraging both clinical interviews and standardized assessment tools. \n
- Designing and implementing personalized treatment plans that align with the therapeutic goals established collaboratively with clients. \n
- Delivering individual therapy sessions using diverse therapeutic modalities suited to each client’s unique situation, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and family systems approaches. \n
- Providing teletherapy options to accommodate clients who may face mobility challenges or prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility to care for all. \n
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and therapy notes in compliance with ethical standards and organizational guidelines. \n
- Engaging in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay informed on emerging trends in mental health treatment. \n
You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate will possess:
