Healthcare facility located near Lexington, NE is looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist to join their team. Details are below.

Pay: $33.60 - $54.00/hour

Occupational Therapist Opportunity:

• Scheduled: Monday – Friday
  
• Full-time, permanent, direct hire
  
• Complete accurate and concise documentation of all communications, coordination and treatment activity.
  
• Accept responsibility for evaluation of the patient’s functional status and for interpretations and implementation of the physician’s plan of care.
  
• Complete assessment/reassessment and makes decisions based upon objective tests and measurements.
  

Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

• Registration as an Occupational Therapist with the American Occupational Therapy Association.
  
• Current and active OT license
  
• Must be self-motivated, responsible, role model, well organized
  
• Have a nice appearance being well-groomed and demonstrate appropriate contact
