We thrive on being customer service oriented, being nimble, balancing multiple responsibilities, and developing positive relationships with our teams to work together to get the job done.We need people who are:Warehouse Duties Include: Operating Forklifts (sit down, Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, etc), pulling product for Will Calls, organizing truck loads to their proper locations when trucks are received, using RF scanning technology for locating/picking product, and stocking small parts as needed.Customer Focused – we are passionate about serving all of our customers, including dealers, business owners and large HVACR (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration) companies and consolidators. We meet customers' needs by delivering on our promises at the Counter in our locations. We do this by being present and in person with our customers and by pulling and fulfilling orders quickly and correctly.Positive Attitude, Stellar Attendance Record – We work as a team and that means we show up as a team each day, on-time. We don't have patience for excuses or poor attendance.
