Production Supervisor - Manufacturing

We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our Belt Manufacturing team on 1st shift (7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.). This role plays a key part in delivering high quality products on time while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement in an ISO 9001 certified environment. What You’ll Do Lead, motivate and coach production employees to meet safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency goals Ensure smooth production flow and continuity between shifts Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, implementing corrective actions to reduce downtime and prevent reoccurrence Drive Lean, A3, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on waste reduction, safety, and efficiency Manage staffing, training schedules, overtime, and resource allocation to meet customer demand Enforce company and departmental policies, including safety, PPE, attendance, and conduct Support onboarding, performance evaluations, and employee development Partner with Engineering, Quality, Customer Service, and Sales to improve products and processes Maintain ISO 9001 compliance through daily practices, audits, and documentation What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of manufacturing experience (with 3+ years in a supervisory role preferred) Previous hands‑on leadership experience in a production floor environment Strong background in Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or process optimization Ability to coach, hold accountability, and lead teams in a fast‑paced environment Comfort using ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and standard manufacturing measurement tools Ability to learn an extensive and diverse product catalogue Must be able to work a set schedule (7:00 a – 3:30 p) with overtime as necessary Preferred Equipment troubleshooting and root‑cause problem solving ISO 9001 or regulated manufacturing environments ERP systems such as JD Edwards, SAP, Fulcrum, or similar Physical Environment On your feet for most of the shift (about 90%) Ability to lift up to ~49 lbs Manufacturing environment with temperature and noise variations Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $65,000- $75,000 based on experience FREE Medical Coverage for Employees Dental, Vision, Disability & Life Insurance Flexible Spending & Health Savings Accounts Employer-Paid Life InsuranceGenerous Time Off Policy 401(k) with Company Match Employee Assistance Program (EAP) FREE Snacks Our Mission To deliver innovative, high quality solutions through trusted partnerships, empowered people and a culture of excellence that drives performance and value across every market we serve Ready to Apply?
