Job Description:

Cabildo Staffing is seeking experienced Pipe Layers for work in New Orleans and the surrounding areas.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience installing sewer, water, and storm drainage systems. Experience working in trenches, reading grade stakes, and assisting with utility installation projects is required.

Responsibilities may include:

Installing sewer, water, and storm drain pipe
Trench excavation and preparation
Setting and aligning pipe to grade
Assisting with utility installation and repair projects
Reading plans and working with lasers and grade equipment
Maintaining a safe work environment and following all jobsite safety procedures

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of Pipe Layer experience
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Valid driver's license
Reliable personal transportation to various job sites throughout the New Orleans area
PPE required: hard hat, steel-toe boots, safety vest, safety glasses, and gloves
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
