Job Title

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Days

Glenwood Springs, CO | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | 4x10-hour shifts with rotating call schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub into a wide range of surgical procedures including Ortho/Total Joints, Neuro/Spine, Robotics, Urology, GYN, ENT, Plastics, General, Eyes, OB-GYN, and Trauma
• Support surgical teams in a Level III trauma center environment with multiple state-of-the-art surgical suites
• Operate and assist with robotic surgical platforms including Exactech, Mako, Stealth, and DaVinci systems
• Maintain sterile field and ensure proper handling of instruments, supplies, and equipment throughout procedures
• Participate in a rotating call schedule as part of the OR team

Required Qualifications

• Active Colorado Surgical Technologist License (CST) issued by DORA — required; candidates without this credential will not be considered
• Certification in Surgical Technology from NBSTSA, AST, or NCCT
• Graduate of an accredited scrub technologist program
• Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association
• Current Flu Vaccine required — no exemptions accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Hands-on experience with Ortho/Total Joints, Neuro/Spine, and Robotic-assisted surgical procedures
• Experience across multiple surgical specialties including Urology, GYN, ENT, and Plastics
• Prior travel assignment experience in a surgical setting
