Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or similarly purpose-driven settings is essential, as is the ability to lead sizable budgets, develop teams, and maintain financial stability during periods of immediate organizational need. Key responsibilities for the Chief Financial Officer include partnering with executive stakeholders to develop financial plans, guiding budgeting priorities, and aligning fiscal strategy with organizational goals.
