What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to both inpatient and outpatient clients, with a focus on swingbed patients.
• Work weekdays, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Engage with patients across all age groups, adapting your approach to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective rehabilitation strategies.

Required Skills:

• Valid and current Physical Therapy license
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient care standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with swingbed patients or inpatient rehabilitation settings
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• At least 1-2 years of professional clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work consistent 8-hour shifts on weekdays
• Certifications in CPR and First Aid
• Valid state licensure and compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Travel reimbursement and licensure/certification expenses covered when applicable
