Billing Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join our service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, processing, and sending invoices to clients, as well providing customer service when needed.
- Prepare and process accurate invoices in a timely manner.
- Manage invoicing service calls within 24 hours of them being completed daily.
- Resolve payment discrepancies and client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate billing information.
- Meet monthly invoicing deadlines and performance targets.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Training and Certification Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
