The Gatesworth, St. Louis’ premier award-winning senior living community, is now hiring an experienced Dining Room Manager to join our exceptional dining leadership team. Locally owned and operated for over 35 years, The Gatesworth is renowned for delivering five-star service, fine dining experiences, and personalized hospitality that enrich the lives of our residents.

What You’ll Do:Lead, train, and inspire front-of-house dining teams
Oversee daily operations across multiple venues
Ensure flawless service and resident satisfaction
Collaborate with culinary and service teams to maintain high standards
Manage special requests, private events, and resident dining experiences
Monitor dining areas for cleanliness, efficiency, and presentation
Recommend improvements that elevate service and team performance
3+ years of experience in fine dining, upscale restaurant, or hospitality management.
Proven leadership and team development skills.
Strong communication and organization abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
A genuine passion for hospitality, service, and excellence.
