What You’ll Do:

• Lead, train, and inspire front-of-house dining teams

• Oversee daily operations across multiple venues

• Ensure flawless service and resident satisfaction

• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to maintain high standards

• Manage special requests, private events, and resident dining experiences

• Monitor dining areas for cleanliness, efficiency, and presentation

• Recommend improvements that elevate service and team performance

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in fine dining, upscale restaurant, or hospitality management.

• Proven leadership and team development skills.

• Strong communication and organization abilities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

• A genuine passion for hospitality, service, and excellence.
