About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active RN License required Certifications: ASN or BSN, BLS, OASIS required Must-Have: COVID-19 Vaccine Required Flu Vaccine Required Description: Schedule requirements include 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 16:30. Every 4th weekend rotation is required. Candidate will be reviewed for clinical fit. If clinically appropriate, the candidate will be sent for final decision. Manager will conduct interviews. Candidates should have experience with a patient ratio. Charting system experience is required. Epic charting system experience is preferred. Travel experience is required. Candidates may care for COVID patients. Facility is tobacco and fragrance-free. Candidates must notify prior to submission if necessary. Weekly case management responsibilities will be part of the role. Candidates will be responsible for assessment documentation and medication administration. Home health hospice care experience is a plus. Candidates will manage and care for various medical devices and catheters. Adaptability to cross county lines for patient care may be necessary. Candidates are expected to adhere to infection control precautions. Weekend coverage of every 4th weekend is expected. Required to minimize time off to a maximum of 7 days. Local candidates within a specific radius may be considered at different terms. Proper documentation of vital signs and patient assessments is necessary. Module completion prior to start is required. Candidates must pass all necessary testing as per contract timelines. Role may involve managing complex patient conditions and follow-up care.
