Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN/RN to join our team at Evergreen in Southfield, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting. Duties include administering medications, monitoring patient vital signs, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
Qualifications:

Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Michigan
Previous experience in long-term care or a similar setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Basic computer skills

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
Assist with patient assessments and care planning
Document patient care and progress in electronic medical records
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
