Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE)Position Overview: We are seeking a Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) specializing in radar and RF systems. This role involves designing, developing, and testing systems within an MBSE environment, with a focus on requirements management and defense industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and test radar and RF systems using MBSE principles.Define and manage requirements, ensuring traceability and compliance.Apply SysML and defense frameworks (DODAF, UPDM, UAF) to system models.Ensure alignment with military standards throughout the lifecycle.Document technical specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Required Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) for radar or RF systems.Proficiency in SysML and MBSE tools (MagicDraw, Rational Rhapsody).Defense industry experience and knowledge of military standards.Preferred Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication for cross-functional collaboration.
