RESPONSIBILITIES To plan and conduct the preventive maintenance to avoid unplanned downtimes and extend the lifetime of the building technology. Care for the indoor and outdoor installations. Coordination of the winter service (if necessary through external providers). Care and maintenance of the equipments (fleet, motorized assistive devices, etc.). Autonomous acquisition of consumables and auxiliary materials in consideration of the laws and standards. Implementation of minor repairs regarding sanitary, building equipment. Autonomous consideration of the efficiency (own repair or third-party service). Assistance in disaster operation. Control the tecnical equipment (even at weekends), on-call service in consultation with the team. Availability/Support at events.
