Accounts Receivable Specialist

Position: Accounts Receivable Specialist Location: Weatherford, TX Job Id: 124 # of Openings: 1 Job Summary Responsible for managing the full-cycle billing and collections process. This role ensures timely receipt of payments, maintains accurate customer records, and provides high-quality support to clients navigating electronic payment systems. Additionally, this position handles physical check processing and preparation for bank deposits. Key Responsibilities Payment Collection and Follow-up: Proactively monitor aging reports and contact customers via email to secure outstanding payments. Statement Management: Generate and distribute accurate monthly billing statements to all active accounts. Electronic Payment Support: Guide customers through the secure online payment portal, troubleshooting issues and explaining how to use provided electronic payment links. Check Processing: Accurately process physical check payments received at the pharmacy location. Deposit Preparation: Prepare and organize physical checks for secure mailing for deposit (until on-site scanning technology is implemented). Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for billing inquiries, providing professional and timely resolutions. Assist with the Purchase Order creation if needed and perform any other duties to support the needs of the organization. Pay Rate Based on skills and experience.
