Quality Control Inspector

Quality Control InspectorU.S. Tsubaki, a prominent leader in power transmission and motion control products, is seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Control Inspector. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of our manufacturing outputs, ensuring all products meet both our internal standards and regulatory compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, acute attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding safety and quality standards.ResponsibilitiesInspect, test, and measure materials or products being produced.Accept or reject finished items, and document inspection findings.Record quality assurance metrics and data.Identify areas for quality control improvement and initiate actions to correct quality issues.Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure quality standards are met.Conduct inspections across all stages of production.Prepare detailed reports on inspection outcomes.Required SkillsProficiency in using measuring and testing equipment.Ability to read technical documents and drawings.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
