Anytime Fitness Richmond is looking for a motivated Personal Trainer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a rewarding career helping members reach their fitness goals in a supportive, well-equipped facility.

What We're Looking For:

Current personal training certification (or willingness to obtain one).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A genuine passion for helping people reach their fitness goals.
Self-motivated and reliable, comfortable managing your own client schedule.
Prior training experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate.

Compensation:
This position offers base pay plus commission. You'll earn a reliable base rate along with additional commission on client sessions booked and retained, giving you stable income with strong earning potential as you build your client base.
